The Solutions Engineer Role
Solution Architect is a main pillar in Unity’s Customer Success team and will be responsible for:
- Manage end-to-end implementation project:some text
- Work with the customer to unveil the customer business challenge and design the best approach and solution to fit the customer’s needs
- Analyze the customer’s data to identify gaps and fits to the designed solution
- Onboard the customer to Unity’s platform, including the required data mappings and manipulations required to meet the design
- Configure the data integrations from/to the customer’s applications
- Contribute to the development of customer success operations:some text
- Develop tools to improve customers’ “health” monitoring (data flow, accuracy, quality, etc.)
- Write spec documents for the development of product features that are directly impacting the customer onboarding process
- Nurture the internal relationship between CS and Product/Engineering teamsome text
- Capture customers’ feedback and feature requests and communicate them to the product team
- Assist in prioritizing product release plan and roadmap
- Provide ongoing technical support based on the solution design to maintain high quality of service and data hygiene
Who are you?
- Must haves:some text
- Customer-facing role experience with excellent communication skills
- Experience and understanding of Supply Chain domain, and more specifically transportation
- Experience with BI and data analysis, especially supply chain / financial data that is extracted out of ERP or similar systems
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering in modern BI environments (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview etc.) or databases (RedShift, BigQuery, Snowflake etc.), cloud environments, SaaS.
- Proficiency with SQL, JavaScript and experience with ETL and data modeling
- Experience in leading product implementation projects of supply chain software solutions
